Shipping Policy
We aim to ship your item within 2 working days of your payment being successfully processed. For custom made items this will be longer and the timeframe will be stated on the individual listing.
Collection will be booked with our shipping agent but we are not responsible for delays in pick up at their end. All items will be shipped via tracked mail. We will provide you with the tracking number so you can follow the progress on shipping and delivery. Please contact us if your parcel is late or showing as delayed and we will follow this up with the shipping agent.
Refund Policy
Please inspect your order once it is received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please provide us with images so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item is damaged in any way we will offer a full refund or replacement. If the damage is minor we may ask that the item is returned at our expense, or offer a partial refund if you would prefer to keep the item. We will pay the return shipping cost for any item where we are at fault and process a full refund to you, including the original shipping cost. Your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.
Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy
If you would like to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us. We may be able to cancel an item if it is not custom made and has not yet been dispatched.
If your order has already been dispatched we may accept change of mind returns if you notify us within 7 days of receiving your item. Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes; perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants; custom products such as special orders or personalised items; and personal care goods such as health and beauty products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost in this instance. Please contact us before you return the item for the correct return address details. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. Any refund will be processed to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
